Does TT deluxe 2017 include the interview process for schedule f? Have read reviews that interview process is not included for schedule C, although the form is included.

For both Schedule C and Schedule F, the forms are included in Deluxe as well as an abbreviated interview process for both.  If you have a relatively simple Schedule C/F to enter or you are familiar with the entries you need to make, then you should be ok with the Deluxe interview.  But, the interview in the Home and Business program for these items is more detailed, the flow is more organized, and includes better guidance.  

For Schedule F, click the "Ill choose what I want to work on" option after selecting Wages and Income under Federal taxes.  Scroll down until you get to Business Items.  You should see an option for Farm Income and Farm Rental.  See screenshot
