Does turbo tax automatically refile state when it refiles federal?

Returns were rejected because I needed to file form 8862. My Federal return appears to have gone through but my state taxes are pending.

If your return is pending, it is waiting for the state to accept the return. As long as it does not show rejected, all you need to do is wait.
