Does turbo tax ever actually give the rewards/gift cards for inviting friends? I invited 2 friends over 45 days ago and they both recieved the discount but nothing for me

Both friends completely filed and used the discount for inviting them but i haven't recieved any gift cards, emails, or acknowledgment about it. Ive had nothing but problems from turbo tax this year.

I shouldnt have to talk to anybody if turbo tax would do what they supposed to do. Ive already had problems from turbo tax when i first filed they screwed me over the advance refund option, now not honoring the refer a friend program. If i constantly have to talk to support then whats the purpose of using turbo tax. Should of just went somewhere else from the start and not had any problems. Turbo tax needs to fix its entire system. Its horrible.
