does turbo tax have a feature to calculate estimated tax payment due Jan 15, 2019

    Yes ... it is called using the 2018 tax program.  So if you do not have that program downloaded you can simply use the current 2019 program ... enter in all your estimated income and expenses then make a 4th quarter payment of the balance due reported on the home screen.   OR  use the IRS 1040-ES form worksheet to do the same ...
