If you are filing by mail, you will need to print and mail your tax return.  The tax return will print with mailing instructions.

 

If you are electronically filing, (e-file) TurboTax will transmit your return to IRS and you will not need to mail it.  There may, however, be additional forms that would need to be mailed in, for example, if you are making estimated tax payments, or making a payment on your return via mail.
