Does TurboTax Handle a Non-resident US Citizen's Return?

My mother-in-law is a U.S. citizen and a Canadian landed immigrant (permanent resident). She has Canadian income as well as a U.S. social security pension. My father-in-law is a Canadian citizen and only has Canadian income. Can the U.S TurboTax software handle this situation as well as allow the return to be e-filed?

I believe TurboTax can handle the tax filing of a U.S. citizen with a non-resident alien spouse.  Here are the filing options in that situation:

How should I file my taxes if my spouse is a nonresident alien? (intuit.com)

    Thanks for the quick reply.

From their website it seems like Sprintax is designed for non-resident aliens living in the U.S. My in-laws live in Canada and my mother-in-law is a U.S citizen. Would Sprintax still handle their situation?
