If you are using the TurboTax Home & Business desktop edition for tax year 2024, then Yes you can transfer a 2023 tax data file when you select New Tax Return.

The 2023 tax data file has to be located on a drive that is accessible to the TurboTax program.

What version did you use last year?  The Online version or the Desktop program?  If you used the Desktop program you should have the tax file ending in .tax2023 on your computer.   When you start a new 2024 return it will look for the .tax2023 file and show it in a box and ask if you want to transfer from it.  If it doesn't find it you can Browse to where it is.  

If you used the Online version last year there will be a blue button to  Import From TurboTax Online
