Don’t qualify for free file

I don’t qualify for the free file this year but can’t get my account to work on the original one, I get a message that says I have to file with the irs.gov sight. How can I use the regular service instead of freedom file. I’m using a cell phone.

    As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online. Then you will be able to start fresh and choose the product that is right for you.

    I cleared following instructions, logged off and then back on and it still online takes me to the free page.  frustrating.  May just need to try another service

    You will start with the free version but then be asked to upgrade if a situation applies that requires an upgrade.
