Dont get it it tells me i am done so why doesnt it except it

Once you have answered all the questions and entered all of your tax forms, you will get to the end and see TurboTax do a review. Once that review is done, it will tell you if you are missing anything (as long as you have entered all your documents and answered questions correctly) and will tell you if you need to fix anything.  

Once you have completed the final review you will continue through until you see the option to transmit your returns.  You will get a message that says "Congratulations, you have successfully submitted your return."  Be sure to check your email for updated status telling you if it was accepted or rejected.  Once you get the "YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED" notification, you are done for this year. 

If it is rejected, it will tell you what you need to do to fix it, such as check a social security number or birthdate to be sure they were entered correctly.
