Question

Dont want the turbotax deluxe have to mail federal and state in so how do i not get charged for the deluxe?

it will let me change the state but not federal to mail in. just want the money from the turbotax deluxe added back into my federal refund

You can clear and start over and try using the Federal Free Edition however depending on the forms you are using to file it may not be supported by the Federal Free.  Also when you file with the Federal Free Edition the State filing is an additional 29.99.
