I was charged twice in my 11/24 bill but did not notice. My cc. company said its too late for them to change the charge. First I would like a refund for one the charges. Also after completing my grandsons Kansa. taxes, I'm being charged again. I thought state taxes were included in the TT Advantage version? Please help.
