Somehow there are 2 tax returns that were filed for the same person on my account. One has the correct info and the other isn't correct. How do I delete the incorrect return?

Open the folder in which both tax returns are saved, and delete the one you don't plan to file. First, save the tax file you need to keep and use File > Save As to name it something like "2020 Taxes In progress" or something similar. TurboTax saves your .tax files in the Documents folder by default. If you cannot locate these files, you can search your tax files so you can locate the folder they are located in.

As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can erase your return in TurboTax Online. Please see the FAQ below for more information:
