You appear to be using Online TurboTax. The tax data file can only be opened in the desktop software; i.e., a 2021 data file would require 2021 desktop software. A 2020 data file would require 2020 desktop software, etc.

We can tell you how to get a PDF. What tax year are you referring to? A current 2021 return or a prior-year return? If it's a 2021 return, we can tell you a special way to get a PDF of the return and all the worksheets and summary pages. If it's a prior return, it "may" already have the worksheets.
