Where is the driver's license and third party designee information to be input? I see it only in "Forms", but I'm advised that "Forms" are effectively for overrides and should generally not be used for input. Does this input appear in the "Step by Step" mode?
You can enter the information directly on the forms. As long as you are not overriding amounts on the forms, you won't have any issue. If that information is required, TurboTax will ask when you e-file the returns.
