During the review process, a blank 1099-R is displayed and I am supposed to add the payers address. Who or what should I put on this blank 1099_R?

The 1099-R is blank except for my name and social security #. Why is Turbo Tax asking me to fill out this 1099-R?

If you see a blank Form 1099-R during the review process, that is not needed, you can delete the form.

To delete Form 1099-R:

1. Sign In to TurboTax Online.

2. Select "Take me to my return"

3. Select the "Search" or "Help" icon.

4. Type "1099-R" and select "Jump to 1099-R" to review the 1099-R summary screen

5. Select "Delete" next to the applicable Form 1099-R to delete.
