E-file after mail in 2020

Had mailed in last year and the now my pin is being rejected by IRS when submitting. IS there a way to correct this in TT program?

    Try using zero since many AGI's did not make it into the system especially if you filed late or by mail.

    Thank you for the reply firstly. Unfortunately the program will not allow 0 or even 00000. It keeps asking for the correct pin that was not used. I'm at a loss as the IRS pins are 6 digit

    If you want to e-File with a PIN you have to enter the five-digit self-select PIN 

    The self-select PIN was chosen last year.

    If you did not e-File last year, there was no opportunity to select a five-digit PIN.

     

    If your PIN field is six digits, that is the IP PIN.

    If IRS did not send you an IP PIN, leave that box empty.
