E-Filed Federal now cannot open to file State

After I E-Filed the federal return and got accepted, now I cannot open to file State Taxes. If I start a new return and at the end I check the status it shows I filed federal, but when I try State alone then I get the error I must file federal first. Anyone can help me resolve this. Thanks

    To access your tax return after you've Efiled it (or printed it as part of mailing your return to the IRS):

     

    1. Sign in to TurboTax.
    2. Select Tax Home from the menu.
    3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents
    4. Select 2023, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you back in).

    You'll now be in your return.

    The problem I have is on my desktop not online. When I go to online sit on Turbo Tax I don't even see 2023.

    Why did you start a new return?  You can't open your real filed return?  Did you have to reinstall the program?  If you can't open your return to finish filing state, then start a new fake return, go to the State tab and try downloading the state download again.

     

    Then when you can get your real return open you need to check the federal filing status inside the program before filing state.   Open your return and go up to menu item

    File > Electronic Filing > Check Electronic Filing Status

     

    Then save your return with the status. Go to File-Save.

    Thanks for the response i already try that no luck. 

    When I try to open the return to file State I get this error

     

     

    When I try with a fake return and go to check my return I get a notification that the federal tax is accepted.

     

    Then I save a fake return and try to submit only the state I get this error.
