E-filling stuck in Driver License

I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years.

Of course last year, I have zero problems with my Tax E-filing.

However, I have a problem.

When I input my driver's license and my wife's, it keeps coming back to ask for driver's license info.

I cleared the form and filled the form again. I re-checked all over the place. I can't find any problem in my inputs.

I searched on the web. Only one article was posted to check typos, and expiration date. I have already checked them.

Unfortunately, at the last moment, I am stuck. Any solutions?

Are you using the Online or Desktop product? any error messages? If certain that your inputs are correct, in the online version, try clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies - you may even try using a different browser altogether. If using the desktop product, try checking for the latest updates.

I am using the desktop version and I have checked my DL entry and it still won't let me continue. I ran the review and it showed no errors. Help please
