E*TRADE import not working - Username and Password not accepted

When I try to import from Morgan-Stanley E*TRADE, I get an error that says that the username and password do not fit into the input cells. My username is 8 characters and my password is 13 characters, with no spaces.
Another fun fact: If I enter a space anywhere in either cell, the software immediately crashes and has to restart. Anyone else having this problem?

    Yes, importing from E*Trade is available.  Make sure you can Sign In to your account outside TurboTax with the User Name and Password you entered. 

     

    If you're using TurboTax Online, be sure to clear your Cache and Cookies between attempts.

     

    When you type in E*Trade on the bank name, double-click on E*Trade from Morgan Stanley in the search results below. 

     

    You should then get a Sign In link.  Make sure you checked your broker account to be sure you enabled 'third party sharing'.
