I've been trying to efile my federal return for the past two days and keep getting an error of: TurboTax was unable to send your return to the intuit electronic filing center for the following reason: due to unexpected internet transmission problems beyond our control, your returns were NOT received by the intuit electronic filing center.  How do I correct?

    Try changing the Win10 security settings, which can block the ability to send.  


    >> Under ‘Windows Settings’:  Search for ‘Change Security Settings’ ...
    At the bottom, click on “Reset all zones to default level.”
    Now back to TurboTax, and send.

    >> OR:  using Cortina search, then to ‘Settings’ at the top:
    Search for ‘Internet Options’ which takes you to Internet Properties popup.
    Go to Security tab.
    At the bottom, click on “reset all zones to default level.”
    Now back to TurboTax, and send.
