eFile and Direct Deposit Issue

I'm ready to efile, but when I get to the question, "How do you want your federal refund?" I hit a snag.

 

When I complete the information (bank name, routing #, account #) for this step, and hit Continue, the same menu pops up asking me the same question.

 

So, I complete the questions again, hit Continue, and the same question pops up gain.

 

I can't get past this screen.

 

I checked the InfoWks in Forms, and all the bank info. appears there.

 

Any suggestions?

    This sounds like a technical issue.  Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and open the program again. 

     

    Be sure you are Updated and have no other programs open. 

     

    Then go through the FILE section again to see if you can complete the page and Continue.
