Efiling - rejected

Sent returns for Efiling.  Rejected.  Said AGI didn't match.  First, used TurboTax last year so the system picked up the amount from last year.  I checked it against a paper copy of the return sent last year.  The amount is the same.

So, why is IRS rejecting my claim and how do I correct this.

I am a first time Efiler, but have been using Turbo Tax over 25 years, and this is a disappointment.

There is a good possibility that the IRS processed the 2020 tax return late in the year so that your 2020 AGI is not in the IRS database.

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.

This procedure did not work for me. Thank you for trying. I guess that I

will go ahead and mail mine in.

I am having the same problem. Even using last year's PIN and still will not go through.

If I find a fix, I'll try to post it.
