EIC Credit for Dependent Studying Abroad outside US

Is it possible to claim my daughter as a dependent for in order to receive EIC credit? She satisfies all requirements, however, I am not sure about the residency. She is currently studying outside of the US and she has been away from home for than 6 months. She still gets her mail delivered to our home address in the US.

Yes, assuming that your daughter is a full time student under the age of 24 and you meet the other EIC requirements listed below. Your daughter is considered residing with you if away temporarily for college.
