Electronic file rejected.

I have tried to file electronically 5 times now and it has been rejected. The reason being the AGI doesn't match what the IRS has in its database. I have quadruple checked the number from last year's return and I am certain that is the number we sent.  Is it possible the number was changed on their end?

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

Thanks Donin, the $0 in the AGI field worked, and this time the return was accepted. 😀
