Email address is not added onto Federal or State forms for 2024 Turbo Tax Deluxe

Why is my email address not added onto both the Federal and State forms, even though the email address of mine is correct at TurboTax.com profile page? 

 

At the signature areas of both documents, I see the email address line, but it is blank.  When I go to the "FORMS" icon on the top right of TurboTax software and snake through to the signature page, I notice that I am unable to add my email address (even there).  The highlighted line for email address changes to light blue, but the cursor disappears, so I cannot type anything.

 

I was able to add my email address to the State Form signature line, but not Federal Form.

 

Is this the software problem?

    I personally wish they would remove that from the form. The IRS and State Depts of Revenue are never going to email you about your return. I do not include this on any of my client returns because it is not needed.
