I've been using Turbotax for Mac for years to File W-2s for a household employee. This year, Employer Tax Forms won't give me access. After I sign in successfully, the web page tells me I must be using 2020 TurboTax Home & Business, and I am. I registered my software, which I bought from Amazon. There is no link to prepare a W-2 or access my information. What happened? How can I regain access?
