Employer state id number for WA says wa not needed, how do i put that in?

Do not put in a state code in Box 15 of your W-2. Washington does not have a state income tax so you don't have to add a state code because you are not filing a state income tax return.

Adding a state code may cause issues with TurboTax. The program will ask for other information that you don't have because it's not on the form because it's not needed.
