Enter Passive operating loss - error in Turbo Tax

I'm prompted to enter a Passive Operating loss

'Disallowed passive losses by year and type'

This has been discussed but I don't see a resolution besides downloading desktop version and fixing it in the form. Turbotax is entering in the wrong year on Schedule E as below. The amount is supposed to be on 2023 not 2022. What is the easier fix for this?

Also, do I enter a positive or negative number online if I were to enter it there?

Can I do the desktop version while 'in work' in the online version? Or do I have to finish and pay first?

To fix this, enter the amount from Line P on Line S then enter a zero on Line P. If there's a minus sign in front of the number, be sure to include that when you re-enter the number.
