Entering a K-1 where box 20 is Z and says STMT

Entering a K-1 where box 20 is Z and says STMT. There is an attached statement.

It has numbers in Rental Income and UBIA of Qualified Property.

What do I enter in box 20?

To enter partnership income from a K-1, follow these directions.

Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
Across the top of the screen, click on Income & expenses.
Under Your income and expenses, scroll down to Schedule K-1 and click Edit/Add to the right.
At the screen Tell us about your Schedule K-1, click on Start/Update to the right of Partnerships/LLC.
Enter the K-1 information as requested.
At the screen Rents from a Trade or Business, the question Does this rental qualify as a trade or business would be answered Yes.
At the screen Check boxes that have an amount, click on box 20. Click Continue.
