Entering property tax info

I cannot enter the property tax information into the block. I can't enter any number characters on this page. I've tried updating, turning computer off, everything I can think of but nothing has worked.

Property tax auto-entry does not work (its a Intuit coding issue they haven't fixed. I spent a full day trying to get it resolved on the phone, they can't do it. Anyway you can still enter the data by switching to Forms and entering it manually. Go to the Deductions form page and find the highlighted entry field for the property tax and enter it from the keyboard and it should take it. that's the only way you can enter it.
