Entering TurboTax 2020 federal estimated payments

I tried to enter my 2020 federal estimated tax payments today, but could not do so. The state estimated tax payments, however, could be entered. When will I be able to enter the federal data?

Also, the first date for estimated payments in both state and federal forms is 7/15, rather than a date in April.

most everything is the 2019 tax software even though it says '2020' ; the updates to conform with the 2020 tax rules will occur in the coming weeks (most in January) .
