Errant numbers on forms

Schedule SE and Form 4562 of my 1040 have some strange numbers on them when I create a pdf file of my return. They don't seem to affect the calculations but I don't want an issue with the gov't or state.

Specifically Sch SE(1040) Lines 7 and 14. Form 4562 (1040) Lines 1 and 3.

Any guidance would be helpful.

This is nothing to worry about. These numbers are prepopulated and part of the calculations on Form Schedule SE. You should be seeing 137,700 on Line 7 and 5,640 on Line 14.

See 2020 Schedule SE to show the numbers on the IRS template, as well.

Likewise, Line 1 and 3 on Form 4562 would be according to the limits for 2020. See: 2020 Instructions for Form 4562.
