I bought the deluxe version with the free state from Costco. Due to a weird update bug (Windows) I had to reinstall, and now the system gives me an Error 190. Even following previous topics to create a bogus return and go straight to state taxes to download the system is making me pay the 40 bucks to get it.
I have now reinstalled the program 3 times and this issue is still present, what needs to be done?
