When will this issue be resolved.

I called and waited and they hung up. While on hold i heard that this is a known issue. I need to install this on my mom's pc. Need this working. I paid for it and it has 5 licenses. I used 1! Who can help me?

Error code 605 means that the license code that you are trying to use is invalid. It is invalid because it is linked to your TurboTax account and only your account.

You can install TurboTax on up to 5 computers that you own. But you must log in to your TurboTax account in order to do so. The license is limited to the one account you used when you installed it the first time.

Ok, so in this case... my process was fine and the code was linked and should have worked. It didnt work because i got scammed by BIG HOME TAX. They are not an authorized retailer. So, just because you get the error code 605 it does not mean you did anything wrong in your process. I know that i didnt. I just got scammed and BIG HOME TAX sold this product to multiple users. When i went to install on my mom's pc, it would not activate even though it was the right code and only the 2nd install. So, only buy from authorized retailers and do not assume you did anything wrong... except for the buying the product step!

DITTO regarding BigHomeTax(NGUYEN DIHN DUY). Not responsive to my rerquest for a code. I believe their codes are temporary. I'll go back to Amazon or another respctable retailer. BEWARE A PURCHASE FROM THEM!
