Error Code 630 with new Premier 2023 Download

So, I downloaded the Premier 2023 and got it installed on my own PC, not problem. I'm sharing with a family member, who downloaded via my OneDrive app, and she is getting Error Code 630, "There was an error validating your license code, please try again." I verified the code she is entering is correct. There are older posts about this but I have not tried calling Support yet. Thought I would try here quick. Any ideas?

Yup, OK had her login to my Intuit account, then she was able to use my license key to get her instance of TT up and running. This should conclude this post, unless someone else has comments.

I saw that post earlier. Are you suggesting the 2023 software is going to show some TY other than 23? Looking at my own files and there are five, from TY19 to TY23. Not sure why this would be applicable if there is a TY23 for the 2023 software. Otherwise, what would you suggest changing the TY23 to TY2023? She is remote and her response may take awhile.

OK, didn't know this but apparently another user has to login with the buyer's Intuit account to get the license key to work. Haven't tried it yet, but did talk to Support about this.

Right clicking and selecting "Run as an administrator" worked for me.
