You do not ever enter that you have a 1095B.    If you do not have a 1095A then you need to say NO to the question that asks you about having a 1095A.   Only people who had health insurance from healthcare.gov (marketplace insurance aka "Obamacare")  have a 1095A.   You do not enter a 1095B or a 1095C.
