Error in form 8519-F

I cannot file 2022 Tax on-line due to the error of Form 8519-F. I also cannot edit Form 8519-F.

How can I remove/delete Form 8519-F on TurboTax desktop, not on-line?

    Have you tried opening the Forms View on the left, to delete the form? Try deleting the form above 8915-F and that should delete both forms including the 8915-F.
