The running display at the top of the page which shows the Federal and State Tax owed as you work your way through the return shows a Federal Tax of -744. When the summary of the return is shown it says the federal tax owed is 744. This is based on what Turbo Tax says is a net taxable income of $0.0 Not sure whether to submit the return or not
