After e filing the IRS "Rejected my return" "The Federal iD number entered does not match what the IRS has in its records".  I IMPORTED my TD Ameritrade Account information and apparently it did not import the correct number.   On my printed copy of my 100-DIV statement it has PAYERS TIN: 47-0533629.  Within TurboTa

x it asked "did payer supply FEIN number?  I went back and replied NO to all three instances of this, still rejected return.  I've tried 3 times now to efile.

Delete the 1099-R and re-enter manually.   Then re-file.   Keep the reject message as you proof of timely filing.
