Have received this message while attempting to amend an old return.  The error occurs on the Registration screen after I have completed the amendment.  I have tried multiple browsers, cleared the cache and cookies, and have logged completely out of TurboTax.  Nothing works.  The address I am attempting to use is in the United States and is identical to what was listed on the return.

 

I see that there are multiple threads on this topic already, but none of the solutions offered in those older posts have provided any relief.  Please advise on the best way to complete my amended return.

Now that 2020 is ready to be prepared and filed, I recommend using the desktop software to amend prior year returns.
