Estate tax filing

My husband passed away in April 2024 and we have to go through probate for his estate with me as the Personal Representative. I am planning to file Married filing jointly for our 2024 personal tax.  For his estate, there is a $55 dividend income in 2024 and a loss of $3-4K from liquidation of his workplace stocks in January 2025.  Do I need to file for estate tax?

Thank you!

No, since the estate earned less than $600, you don't need to file an estate tax return for 2024.
