estimated tax payments

Turbotax automatically included estimated tax payments into deductions (taxes paid). Since my 2018 income was much less then the previous year, i did not pay any estimated tax payments. How to remove from deductions unpaid estimated tax payments? I tried to put negative numbers but that was rejected.

In the CD / Download version go to Forms view and there is a Form called 'payments'. just blank out the payments.

Are you sure that is what you are seeing. I am not aware that TT pulls the estimated payments forward from the prior year's tax dataset

I am using online version, in the Deductions and Credits tab in the Estimates and Other Taxes Paid in Federal Estimated Taxes for 2018 I changed quarterly amounts to 0, clicked continue and there is no update happens
