Question

Ever since I verified my Turbotax account with my email, I am unable to log into my Mint account. Do I need to link the accounts somehow?

When I log in with my user name I get the error, "It looks like you use a different User ID for Mint. Try your email." Then, when I try to log in with my email it says, "It looks like you use a different User ID for Mint.  Try your username."

Please contact Mint as they may need to link the accounts.
