Everytime I go to file my registration it says we're having a problem snagging your data. What does this mean and why cant I file it? Itll let me fill out everything then say its having a problem?

Clear cache and cookies on your web browser.  Close the browser.  Relaunch the browser.  Access the TurboTax online website again - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

If the problem persists then change your web browser.
