Question
Existing 2021 install that was already activated, updated when I opened and is asking for a code again.
I have a windows 10 computer that I did my 2021 taxes on. I need to look up info and so I opened the already installed and activated TurboTax 2021. It forced updates and then asked me for a code even though it was already activated. I grabbed my code from my purchase email and it says "All available activations for that code have been used. Error code: 603" even though I am the only one that used this code and only on this 1 computer back in 2022.
