Extension to file taxes already done manually

I had to manually file an extension for 2021 taxes due to being in hospital and skilled nursing facilities the entire month of April 2022.    My "back of the envelope" calculations at the time said I did not owe any taxes for 2021 (which is now confirmed by TurboTax).  So I did not send any tax owed money along with my extension application although I did file initial estimated taxes for 2022 at that time.  But Turbo Tax is asking questions, wants to file an extension for me, etc.  How do I complete and file my 2021 tax return on TurboTax Premier?  The extensions have already been filed but manually.
