Failed to e-file and can't do the update, need help.

new update available, but don't know how to do it.

Hi Eric,

 

I would suggest that you save everything right where you are at, then close TurboTax and all other apps, reboot your PC, then start TurboTax again.  The update option should pop up when you first open the program.  If not, click on the Notifications icon (looks like a  bell) in the top right corner and you should see a message for Update Available.
