Fatal Error ONLY when submitting to RevenuQuebec

An invalid first name is the most common Netfile error! Check that the first name matches exactly your latest Notice of Assessment (NOA) and that it is not reversed with the last name.)
What to do it's the second year this happens I'm tired of not being able to submit on line last year called TurboTax and nobody was able to clarify or even worst to fix the issue. There is nothing wrong with anything in my personal information I even called RevenuQuebec. So please please call me or answer me by email now that you asked for and got it. This became too frustrating buying this software for so long and having to have to go with paper version mailed to RevenuQuebec. In addition have top pay money to secure the service. Common please help out and solve this big issue it's about the time so we all be happy! Aurelia ! Thank you in advance!

    This is the USA community...we know little to nothing about Canada's tax forms.

    Turbo tax support it’s really a joke

    i submitted the paper version at my costs again and we as a big family will forget about this plateforme for ever !
