FBAR Filing requirements

My husbands & I have foreign bank accounts which are held separately in our own name.  My husband's accounts balance is over $10,000, whereas mine is NOT.  Do I need to file FBAR also?

    No, only your husband would need to file as long as you don't jointly hold the account that is more than 10,000.
