I am a US citizen married to a green card holder.  Both of us have foreign bank accounts, but none of the accounts are owned jointly.  My wife's account balances exceeded $10,000 in 2019, but mine did not.  Am I required to file an FBAR, or do any of my accounts need to be included on my wife's FBAR?

No if you do not have a jointly owned foreign account and your accounts do not exceed $10,000 on any one day in 2019, then you do not need to file.  Only your spouse needs to file.
